The products in stock will be handed over to the courier service on the day of the order or on the working day following the order. Products that are not in stock are available within an average of 1-7 working days from the order, after which we can deliver them. If the ordered product may not be in stock, we will inform the customer. The buyer can choose to wait for the delivery due or cancel the order without consequences.
We will notify you of the package by e-mail or text message. The package is expected to arrive on the working day following the sending of the e-mail or sms. (The SMS includes the expected delivery date.)
Szállítási idő: 1 nap (A feladott csomagot a GLS a következő munkanapon kézbesíti, reggel 08:00 és 17:00 között szállítja az ország bármely részére.)
Fizetés: utánvét (GLS-nek)
Elektronikus csomagkövetésre a GLS honlapján van lehetőség. A csomag pontos érkezése felől a szállítás napján a GLS ügyfélszolgálati telefonszámain lehet érdeklődni.
Értékbiztosítás a csomag esetleges sérülésének esetére.
Ha Ön az adott munkanap nem tudja átvenni a csomagját, a futárszolgálat a következő munkanap ismételten megkísérli a kézbesítést.
Egyedi szállításra (túl méretes) vagy raklapos szállítási módra is van lehetőség. Mivel az Agrokeri Kft. több szállítmányozási céggel is kapcsolatba áll, mindig a legkedvezőbb szállítást válasszuk ki vevőink, partnerein részére.
