WITH 700MM WATER-FILLED ROLLER
The larger diameter, water-fillable shredder roller is available in a suspended and hydraulically foldable trailed version, from 2 meters to 6 meters working width. The cross-section of the frame is 160x160x8, the blades are made of replaceable 110x12mm Hardox 500 material. There are 14 knives on one roller. Equipped with FKL cast housing bearings, 13/55 – 16 tires and ADR wheel hub. The size of the shredders: 16 – 18 cm.
The shredder rollers are very solid, strong in construction, which is necessary due to the continuous tiring stress caused by the high working speed.
Which offers an effective solution for crushing sunflower, corn stalks, rapeseed and green manure.
The main function of the shredding rollers is to shred the stalk residues on the ground into pieces (16 -18 cm). The shredded stalk residues thus decompose faster in the soil. Thanks to the working speed of 18-25 km/h, we can quickly and efficiently shred stalks on large areas of land, thereby significantly reducing operating costs.
