Our smaller shredder roller is in a suspended and hydraulically foldable trailed version, from 2 meters working width to 6 meters working width. The cross-section of the frame is 100x100x6, the blades are made of replaceable 110x12mm Hardox 500 material. There are 9 knives on one roller. Equipped with FKL cast housing bearings, 10/75 – 15.3 tires and ADR wheel hub. The size of the shredders: 16 – 18 cm.
Which offers an effective solution for crushing sunflower, corn stalks, rapeseed and green manure.
The main function of the shredder rollers is to shred the stalk residues on the ground into pieces (16 -18 cm). The shredded stalk residues thus decompose faster in the soil. Thanks to the working speed of 18-25 km/h, we can quickly and efficiently crush stalks on large areas of land, thereby significantly reducing operating costs.
