A step up in the field of industrial MMA (coated electrode) machines. Our dual-voltage machine can be operated from both 230V and 400V. A maximum welding current of 200A is available from 230V, but 250A is available with a 400V supply, so even 5.0mm electrodes can be melted. A welding machine suitable for all types of electrodes, so rutile, basic and even cellulose coated electrodes can be welded well.
The electrode diameter can be adjusted in a special way on this machine, with which the welding current immediately changes to the welding current value required for welding this electrode.
With the adjustable HOT START and ARC FORCE, all electrode types can be easily ignited and melted.
The VRD can be turned on and off, so our equipment can even be used in explosive areas.
It is also suitable for TIG welding with touch ignition in TIG LIFT mode with a gas-locked gun.
Due to the very high start-up time, it is suitable for continuous welding, therefore it is recommended for industrial use.
