According to a new European regulation, retro reflective bands should be applied to the following vehicles from 10 October 2007. These include vehicles with a total weight of more than 7,5 tonnes, with a length of more than 6 m or with a width of more than 2,10 m. The adhesive tape must be certified (recognisable from the 104R reference printed on it)
