Municipal salt and sand spreader

An indispensable machine in the winter season.

The spreader is driven by the tractor’s PTO shaft, the recommended speed is 540 rpm. The spreader system is a centrifugal disc system. The machine has a capacity of 320 litres.

The fertiliser spreader weighs 140 kg and the permissible load capacity ranges from 200 to 400 kg depending on the tractor. The working element is a horizontally mounted rotary disc with vertical blades, which spreads the material at a distance of 5-8 m (without accessories), depending on the type of seed used.

With the municipal accessory, the spreading width can be adjusted from 1.2 m to 5 m.

The accessory consists of individually adjustable left and right flaps, which allow you to adjust the spray width between 1.2 m and 5 m. Preliminary tests should be carried out with the material to be sprayed to ensure trouble-free scattering. With the increase in the height of the spreader (measured from the ground), the spreader width also increases, and vice versa, with the decrease in the height of the spreader, the spreader width also decreases. The physical properties and specific gravity of the material to be sprayed affect the spray width.
