Features
The EP additive in eni Grease MU EP forms a highly adhesive lubricating film, minimising metal-to-metal contact at lubrication points even under high dynamic loads. Eni Grease MU EP 2 Timken OK has a load of 45 lb and meets the following load tests: FAG FE 9 (DIN 51821-2) and SKF R2F at 120 oC.
Due to its good physical and chemical stability, its properties do not change even after long-term and heavy physical and thermal loads. Its oxidative stability is excellent for both storage and use.
It has anti-rust effect on most metals and has a particularly good adhesion on metal surfaces, has a good vibration tolerance.
Eni Grease MU EP grease is water-tolerant, so it can be used in wet media and in contact with water and well pumped at low temperatures.
eni Grease MU EP can be used at lubrication points requiring EP (extreme pressure) performance, at temperatures from -30 / -40 to +120 / +130 °C, depending on grade.
In plain bearings, for heavy-duty ball and roller bearings, it can be used at high temperatures and meets the lubrication requirements of extremely difficult operating conditions.
