PowerMax technology:



The latest brushless technology delivers motor performance previously available only from petrol-powered machines. It also offers many advantages: easy starting, zero maintenance, no service consumables (oil, fuel, spark plugs, filters, etc.), quiet operation and zero emissions.



Principle: the stator is placed on the inner side of the motor and the rotor with permanent magnets rotates inside. Due to this, the coil is subjected to less effort, the braking effect of carbon brushes is eliminated and thus the high heat production, the formation of ionizing sparks and the risk of structural failure is eliminated. At the same time, the carbon brushes are much easier to cool. Their position allows the entire motor to be enclosed, heat to dissipate from its surface, and contamination of the mechanism, including the bearings, to be prevented. The whole structure is simpler and lighter than the classic carbon brush electric motor.



Electronic control: the force that rotates the shaft is electronically controlled. As a result, the engine uses only as much energy as is required for the given load and maintains a constant torque. Thus, the same force is available at low and high speeds, thus significantly increasing the battery’s operating life.



Higher motor efficiency: the PowerMax motor's higher speed, fewer moving parts, lack of brush friction and significantly lower heat generation allow 30-50% higher performance than conventional electric motors. This will give you the power you’ve only ever experienced with the most powerful electric or gasoline engines.



Greater comfort: the new brushless technology makes PowerMax motors quieter than conventional electric motors, with up to 70% lower harmful vibration. This makes work comfortable and pleasant.

Longer service life: PowerMax motors are essentially maintenance-free. Their modern brushless design and fully enclosed construction provide exceptional resistance to impacts common in garden work and to internal contamination. This almost doubles their lifespan compared to conventional brush motors.
