The Scheppach MIX 125 concrete mixer goes far beyond the category of hobby machines, with its parameters and technical solutions approaching the much more expensive professional machines. The machine is based on a large, bulky mixing drum, the size of which is considered excellent in the non-professional segment and has a capacity of 100 liters. The mixing drum, with its design blades, ensures perfect mixing of materials, and its large volume ensures maximum capacity even when tilted. The bottom of the machine is specially reinforced by welding in order to withstand high loads. The shaft is not located between the 2 mm thick steel profiles, as is customary in this category, but is fitted with two bearings in the 5 mm thick steel case. This solution significantly affects the life of the machine. The powerful engine has no problem starting a fully loaded concrete mixer. The engine has a unique design, both due to double cooling and due to the multi-channel motor protection drum, which prevents water from coming into contact with the engine. The mixing drum and motor are thoroughly isolated from each other for safe operation. All electrical parts have double insulation for the safety of the operator. The mixing drum can be adjusted in several ways using the large diameter control wheel on the machine. The concrete mixing machine is thus very easy to use.
